Returns

All software purchased is licensed to the end user.  Carefully read the license agreement before using this product.  Using this product indicates your acknowledgment of having read and agreeing to the license and terms.  If you do not agree, return the product complete to Oak Bay Technologies, Inc. within 10 days of the date you acquired it, for a full refund.

All returns must be returned within 10 (ten) business days after receipt.  To return a product you must have a material return authorization (MRA) number obtainable by calling Oak Bay Technologies, Inc. at 360 437-0718 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST.   All materials (CD, Documentation etc.) must be returned prepaid along with a copy of your invoice.  Additionally, the program must removed from any computer you installed the software on.
