Water Rate Analyzer is a special tool to be used in conjunction with Water Solutions Professional Plus to analyze what impact changing water rates would have on your customers bills. WRA uses historical data from each customer and calculates revenue that would have been billed and displays the number of customers in each rate level and category. What percent of the total revenue would have been collected in each rate level and for each rate category. The percentage of water used that would be billed an what percentage that water contributes to the overall revenue billed. Also WRA calculates an average bill for each rate table.
